The location was convenient, at a moderate distance from Guzmanes' Palace. Restaurants and bars were within walking distance from the property.

There was no breakfast at the hotel
There is only one elevator in the hotel and it took quite a while to get up and down. I know clients who spent more than twenty minutes waiting for the elevator when their rooms were on the eighth floor. I actually chose to take the stairs down eight floors. is not acceptable in a four star hotel and more than 100 euros a night. There was another incident involving the two car parks reserved for parking the car next to the hotel and unloading or loading suitcases. I arrived with my car I saw that there was a Ford Kuga. Well, that vehicle stayed all afternoon and night in that place (I arrived at 5pm) and clients left at 12pm the following day. That is to say, they occupied a place to load-unload suitcases. We told Reception, they said they didn't know anything (that "don't-know-nothing" so comforting). To add more problems, in the morning and when I was going to take my car to load-unload suitcases I found that there was an Audi A-4 permanently installed in the other seat reserved outside the hotel customers. That is, I could not load the suitcases as it should, in those seats, occupied by a Ford Kuga and an Audi A-4, corresponded to a customer who had rented the parking service of the hotel, that at night he found that another customer had parked in two places and could not fit his car. Reception gave us this information. That is to say, that during a beautiful amount of hours those places reserved to clients of the hotel were occupied and it gives me the same that the reason was justified, that it is not. I passed by the nearby hotel, an AC Marriott, it had all its outside places free, without these romances that should not be solved by annoying the other clients. Solving the problem of one customer (the one in the Audi A-4 car) by annoying the others does not seem to me to be appropriate. Badly, therefore, badly.

Good location of the hotel for both tourism and business. Friendly treatment of all staff. Right buffet breakfast. Leon..totally recommended for visiting and eating... Special mention to restaurant Sorrento ... very good stew Leon!
hotel does not have a kitchen and room service says it is provided in COLLABORATION with an external kitchen, is a pizzeria... In fact, hotel only acts as an intermediary when you call the reception to request food from room service... everything is cooked in that pizzeria, it is taken by a delivery man who does not take off his helmet and you do not see his face... they give you plastic cutlery, without plates or glasses... I understand that the minimum is that the hotel receives it and takes it to the room with plates, glasses and cutlery in good condition... WE REMEMBER THAT IT IS A 4 STAR HOTEL! what makes the experience especially bad is that the pizza is of a worse quality than one you buy frozen and make at home... the Caesar salad... inedible up to the top of pot sauce and served in tupperware... After a weekend of walks, tours and sightseeing we decided to spend an afternoon-evening in the room to rest and enjoy the suite we had booked. On our departure, I took the food without eating to the reception. I told them what had happened and they limited the person who was there at that time, is a service that their customers claim. Effectively... from a 4 Star hotel as a client I hope they have room service according to their stars, that they take responsibility for what is served and do a quality control. If you do not have a kitchen and want to do it with an external company... I am sure that there are gastronomic companies more in line with what should be served in a 4 star hotel. To do it wrong... you better not... salute.

Comfortable large room with nice views. The staff were friendly. The free internet in the reception area was appreciated.
The sliding bathroom door was irritatingly noisy.

For a w/end break, we wanted a hotel within a walk of old town but reliable in terms of comfort and facilities and not noisy at night. The hotel ticked all these boxes. 15 minute walk to Cathedral. Modern, clean building/decor. Good space in room. Excellent breakfast. Helpful staff. Quiet streets outside. Reliable no-nonsense style.
We specifically asked, when booking, for a double bed, not 2 singles but we got 2 singles in the room. Hairdryer in room was not up to the job. It kept cutting out with a minute's wait before it would go again. The hotel does not have much character but we were not expecting it to; this was not important to us.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. the location was fantastic, with the hotel situated near the historical center and just a stone's throw away from the impressive Leon Cathedral. Additionally, the proximity to the big Corte Inglés department store was a major convenience. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Finally, the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and, in some cases, great views of the city. The attention to detail in the room decor was evident, making for a cozy and inviting atmosphere. I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were more than satisfactory.

We were at Leon for only one full day. We looked at the historic sites - the Cathedral, San Isodore and the Pantheon, and did a little shopping.

Nice clean, quiet hotel in a busy, noisy city. Young staff (Beatriz) is friendly and very helpful. Parking is secure underground, but numbered a little confusing. Just a 3-4 block walk to the old city.
